This is how the “Itinerant Smart Working” project was born, moving the work experience out of urban centers, to the rediscovery of villages and places surrounded by nature.
This project promotes a sustainable model of work-life balance, while promoting slower and more responsible proximity tourism.

In collaboration with WelfareCare – Benefit Corporation, we have organized three events in different Italian cities (Rome, Milan, Vicenza), offering colleagues of the VINCI Energies Italia Group the opportunity to undergo free breast ultrasound and mammograms.
These two preventive diagnostic tests are essential and can really save lives!

These were the central themes of the “Women DEI & Well-BEING at work” program, conceived and organized by the VINCI Energies Academy in Italy in collaboration with PerformanSe.
The project involved numerous women from the VINCI Energies Italia Group in a path of personal and professional growth, which ended in a day of discussion with BUGM, CCGM and various Function Managers of the three legal entities.
The meeting was dedicated to defining concrete actions to be taken to make our work environment increasingly fair.

In collaboration with Healthy Virtuoso, VINCI Energies Italia has launched the first corporate challenge dedicated to “health and well-being”, to promote activities that look after our psychological and physical well-being.
Divided into seven teams, colleagues of the Group competed to accumulate the highest number of points by adopting healthy daily habits.
