Graduated in Electronic Engineering from Bari Polytechnic in 1997, he obtained his PhD in 2002. After an internship in Glasgow, he obtained the first European patent from Bari Polytechnic with three colleagues. He joined Alcatel Italia in 2000 as a Pre-Sales Engineer, responsible for design and project management of some major international projects in Turkey and Brazil. In 2002 the company became NextiraOne Italia; since 2004 managed financed projects and since 2007 he managed different structures, from Marketing to Sales, from Business Development to Services. In 2014 he takes up a new challenge and contributes as COO to the growth of Brand id, a new company focused on innovative solutions, for several years growth champion for the “Il Sole 24 ore” and the “Financial Times”. In 2020 Brand id is acquired by Vinci Energies Italia, becoming Axians Brand id, and in 2022 he is appointed Managing Director of the three companies constituting Axians Italia.

Michela Giampietro obtained a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychologist, at the Faculty of Padua (2002), with a PhD in Information Systems and Organizations at the Faculty of Trento (2007).
She began her career, after a period as a Partner at the consulting company Progesi and collaboration with the Universities of Padua, Verona and Trento, in Human Resources Management and Development within important companies and groups in the private sector.
Joining VINCI Energies Group in 2017, first as HR Manager AXIANS Italia and in January 2018 as HR Director of VINCI Energies Italia, coordinating HR functions for VINCI Facilities , Actemium and Axians Italia. Since 2019 she has been part of the Steering Committee of VINCI Energies Italia and holds the role of Country Correspondent for the CASTOR INTERNATIONAL Project for VINCI companies in Italy. Michela has a particular interest in the area of Organizational & People Development, Competence Assessment Center, Talent Attraction, and digitization and introduction of HR information systems to support collaboration and business process efficiency.

Fulvio Esposito graduated in 1995 in Economics and Business from the Catholic University of Milan and in 2004 and holds a Master in Business Administration from Purdue University -Krannert School of Management (Indiana, US).
He began his career as Financial Auditor in KPMG and then continued as Chief Financial Officer at some companies belonging to various multinational groups, mainly operating in the field of production of goods and services with a high engineering content.
In 2023 he joined the Italian holding of the VINCI Energies group as Director of Finance, to which the various brands of the VINCI Energies group refer.

Thomas PANOZZO holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Politecnico University in Milan and a MoS in Astrodynamics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He began his career in 2003 as a system engineer at the French Space Agency (CNES). In 2005 he joined Arianespace, the world’s leading satellite launch company, as a mission engineer, moving in 2008 to manage the satellite launch program. In 2012 he was appointed Sales Director for Europe. When Telematic Solutions was acquired by VINCI Energies in 2013, Thomas Panozzo joined the group as Managing Director responsible for Italian space operations for VINCI Energies. In 2018 he became CEO of Axians in Italy, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies. In June 2022 he was appointed Country Managing Director of VINCI Energies Italia.

Maurizio Della Fornace graduated with a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering (Federico II University, 2006), an MBA (LUISS Business School, 2021) and a specialization in Sustainable Business Strategy (Harvard Business School, 2022). In 2006 he joined Accenture company working on digitalization projects for private and public administration clients. His work experience continued in medium-sized Italian companies in the plant engineering sector with the development of projects in Italy and abroad. In 2016 he joined the European Space Agency (ESA) with responsibility for the infrastructure of the site in Redu (Belgium) and then in Frascati (Italy), finally coordinating the environmental sustainability projects of the nine main European factories. In 2022 he joined the Vinci Energies Italia group managing two business units for the Actemium and VINCI Facilities brands, in January 2024 he was appointed Managing Director of VINCI Energies Building Solutions Italia.
