It is a theoretical and practical path, designed to bridge the gap between school and the real world, and aims to trigger a small cultural revolution to encourage girls to undertake an educational and professional path in the STEM field and reduce the gender gap that is still significant in this sector.

VINCI Energies Academy in Italy, in collaboration with PerformanSe, has launched the “Women DEI & BenESSERE al lavoro” program, which places women at the center of our commitment to equity and equal opportunities.
This project has actively involved numerous women from the VINCI Energies Italia Group, offering them a path dedicated to personal and professional growth, with a focus on crucial issues such as self-awareness, the enhancement of diversity, corporate well-being and the role of Servant Leadership.
Discussions were held over the course of a day between the participants and the BUGMs, CCGMs and various Function Managers of the three legal entities, during which the next concrete actions to promote a tangible cultural change and ensure a fair and inclusive work environment were outlined.
